It's a good thing Cameron Diaz is so comfortable in her own skin — as evidenced by The Body Book, her treatise on health and confidence — since she's about to bare all of it to millions of moviegoers.

"I mean, you see everything," she tells Esquire of her new comedy, Sex Tape. "[Full frontal is] a first for me. But Jason gets naked, too." (Well, how's that for equality?)

In the film, Cameron and Jason play dispassionate spouses who try to spice up their sex life by filming themselves in flagrante — only to accidentally upload the footage to the cloud, thus sharing their X-rated exploits with friends and family members.

As the 41-year-old explains, the nudity was just another day at the office. "It's just a part of the role. So I did it."

Furthermore, she's perfectly content to be baring it all at 41: "It's the best age. That's when a woman knows how to work things, or she doesn't care about that anymore. You just stop being afraid. You don't worry about what men think. You just don't worry that time registers anything awful."

Work it, girl! We love that confidence.
