Heard Drake’s new song? Because it’s pretty chill, awesome, and, dare we say, romantic? Called “Days in the East” the recently released track includes a few choice lyrics that seem directly inspired by his on-again, off-again relationship with one little lady named RiRi.

“Why you keep askin' me about her?” he starts. “She’s not here right now, she’s not here right now.” Also listen for a short sample of Rihanna’s “Stay” in the middle of the number and we think we have ourselves a love song.

Drake and Rihanna have had a fraught relationship, going strong for months only to suddenly be spotted out with other people. Need a full rundown on their love? There’s a timeline for that.

The most recent entry on their romance finds us abroad. Starting right around Valentine’s Day this year, the two took Europe. They were seen getting cozy in Paris only to keep the love going in Amsterdam, which just happens to be mentioned in “Days in the East.”

“Waking up in Amsterdam with the boy / Long flight home, another xan for your boy / You would probably fly out to Japan for the boy / You would probably kill another man for the boy.”

Woah there, Drake. We hope Ri’s as crazy about you as you seem to be for her but kill another man for the boy? Let’s keep this civil.

What do you think? Is “Days in the East” about Rihanna or are we just being sappy?
