Who are the stars of Nashville? Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere aren’t the only ones sharing the spotlight on Nashville. Charles Esten plays Deacon Claybourne, Rayna’s former flame who can’t seem to quit the country queen — much to the chagrin of Teddy Conrad (Eric Close), Rayna’s ex-husband. Lennon Stella and Maisy Stella play Maddie and Daphne Conrad, Rayna and Teddy’s talented kids, while Clare Bowen plays Scarlett O’Connor, a very skilled singer/songwriter who just so happens to be Deacon’s niece. Scarlett’s love life is all over the place — her flames include Avery Barkley (Jonathan Jackson) and Gunnar Scott (Sam Palladio). Chris Carmack also stars as Will Lexington, a rising country stud who struggles with coming to terms with who he really is.
Oliver Hudson (Jeff Fordham), Aubrey Peeples (Layla Grant), and Chaley Rose (Zoey Dalton) joined the show for Season 2.
