Here's some news that is not pretty good.
Country music star Billy Currington has been indicted for allegedly making terroristic threats and abusing an elderly person, accordint to TMZ.
In court documents filed on April 24, a grand jury has charged 39-year-old Billy with the crimes after an incident that took place in Georgia last week.
Police say 70-year-old boat captain Charles Ferrelle was taking two passengers past Billy's home when the musician started yelling at the captain from his dock.
Billy was reportedly upset that Charles had steered his boat too close to the docks and created a sizable wake.
However, the captain couldn't hear Billy and kept motoring along.
When Charles returned, Billy then hopped into his own boat and followed Charles to a public dock.
Here, Billy allegedly started verbally abusing the 70-year-old and made threats on his life.
Billy has had six number one hits on the country charts since his debut album in 2003, including "Pretty Good at Drinkin' Beer" and "People Are Craz." The latter tune was nominated for Song of the Year by the Academy of Country Music in 2010.
And here we thought life was supposed to be but a dream when you're in a boat.
