Thanks to her starring role on Nashville, Hayden Panettiere (Juliette Barnes) spends most of her waking hours in daisy dukes and bedazzled glitter dresses. And she looks fabulous, natch! This gal has an ahhhhmazing body, and she's finally dishing the secrets to her workout and diet routine.

First up? Finding creative ways to fit in exercise. "My best friend, Amy, has an elevator phobia, so we always take the stairs," Hayden tells Women's Health. "We will walk 12 flights. It's less embarrassing than getting into an elevator with her."

Hayden also tries to eat well (protein-packed smoothies FTW), but always fits in a guilty pleasure or two — after she's already eaten something healthy, of course! "Then I don't want the unhealthy thing so much, because I'm full," she explains. "I find when I'm overly concerned about what I eat, I stress out my body and put on weight."

This gal also gets in shape with hot yoga ("you're sweating out toxins and water weight") and strength training. OMG, sounds fabulous! Now, someone pass the chips. We’re exhausted just thinking about it.
