Looks like Hayden Panettiere will be hanging up her five-inch heels for now.

TMZ reports that the Nashville star and her much-taller, pro-football-playing boyfriend, Scotty McKnight, have broken up after a year and a half of dating.

Sources close to the couple say that Hayden and Scotty ended things amicably about two weeks ago — but there’s a chance of reconciliation in the future.

“They will probably be back together sometime down the road,” an insider said.
