Connie Britton plays country superstar Rayna Jaymes in ABC's Nashville, and we can't get enough of her amazing voice (not to mention her ridiculously gorgeous hair). Connie was born on March 6th, 1967, in Boston Massachusetts, and after getting an undergraduate degree in Asian studies at Dartmouth College, she moved to California to pursue her dreams of being an actress.
This bombshell lived with Gilmore Girls' Lauren Graham while they were struggling up-and-comers in Los Angeles, before landing her dream role on Spin City. After that, Connie had a few guest appearances here and there (check out her IMDb page for a full rundown), but she's best known for playing Tami Taylor (aka Coach's wife) on NBC's Friday Night Lights, as well as Vivien Harmon in FX's American Horror Story (which earned her an Emmy nomination)!
After a few years of dating, Connie married her college sweetheart, John Britton, in 1991, but she and her husband divorced just a few years later in 1995. Connie's currently single (nope, she doesn't have a boyfriend –– yet!), but she didn't let that stop her from raising a family. After wrapping up American Horror Story, this gal took time off from her career to focus on her son, Eyob, who she adopted from Ethiopia in November 2011.
Of course, Connie couldn't stay out of the limelight for too long, and in March 2012 she signed on to play Rayna Jaymes in Nashville, a critically acclaimed role that earned her a Golden Globe nomination. In 2012, Connie and Eyob moved to Nashville for filming for the ABC series.
And if you're wondering how Connie has such an amazing body for her age, you'll be interested to know that she credits her A+ measurements to a raw food and vegan diet. This glamazon is a staggering 5 feet 8 inches tall, and her legs are basically a mile long!
