Far from Atlanta, NeNehit up her likely new home, Los Angeles, to represent The New Normal in a gay-pride parade. Her son, Brentt, announced her arrival by marching in front of her escort car blowing a whistle, while the adoring crowd yelled out her name. Needless to say, a teary NeNe was in heaven, throwing the masses T-shirts bearing her catch phrase, "I'm Really Rich (Bitch)."
And at the end of the parade? Her knight in shining armor awaited: Gregg. A little anticlimactic, but kinda sweet all the same.
Later, NeNe meets up with Phaedra Parks and Cynthia Bailey at the gym to work on their booties, gossip about Kenya Moore, and discuss an upcoming event they're planning to celebrate successful, independent women and their empowerment. Not only is NeNe all kissy-kissy and hugs with Phaedra, but she's also perfectly fine with Kim Zolciak being invited to the party. It looks like the war between the Talls and the Smalls is finally over?
Maybe so, but the battle between Cynthia and Kenya seems to be going strong. As Cynthia made a little speech thanking everyone for coming to her party and sharing what an inspiration NeNe has been to her, Kenya made fun of her in the corner, then took the mike, declaring "enough of this clown show." Um, what? Then, she pulled NeNe aside to make sure her beef with Cynthia wouldn't affect their potential friendship — is that fear on NeNe's face? We never thought we'd see the day.
We must say we're pretty proud of Cynthia, though, who handled the situation by asking Kenya if she was Miss U.S.A. before or after Vanessa Williams. Burn.
Oh and if you were hoping for a reconciliation between NeNe and Kim like the rest of us, you're just going to have to keep waiting. Things started off promising when the two ran into each other and actually acknowledged each other's presence. We even thought we were on our way to the old frenemies swigging bottles of wine together when NeNe broke the ice by making a joke that actually made Kim laugh. But, Kim had to jet and made the mistake of telling NeNe that she was just going to pee and she would be right back. Except she didn't come back at all. So much for that olive branch.
Did you think it was rude of Kim to leave early? Tell us below!
