Maybe the name should've warned us this show was cursed.
666 Park Avenue is going to leave a lot of fans with lingering questions. It was already canceled, and now ABC has decided to pull the remaining episodes from its Sunday timeslot, replacing them with Happy Endings and Don't Trust to B--- in Apartment 23.
This will take effect in January, with the final episodes of 666 airing in the summer. That means both Happy Endings and Don't Trust the B will air twice a week — Sunday nights from 10 to 11 p.m. and then from 9 10 p.m. on Tuesdays. But, according to Zap2it, the schedule is trickier than that, since the two new shows will air the weeks of January 6, 13, and 20, with a Hallmark movie airing on January 27, and the first three weeks of February open for future scheduling, followed by the Oscars on Sunday, February 24.
It's really hard to get used to anything when programs keep bouncing around like this. And it's another reason why some people chose not to invest in 666 to begin with — networks have a history of hooking fans on these mystery-heavy shows, only to remove them just when people are dying for answers.
