Amanda Bynes Arrested For DUI — New Details!

It seems that Amanda Bynes's attempt at retreating into obscurity isn't exactly going as planned. The former child star is making headlines again, and this time it's for an arrest.

TMZ is reporting that Amanda was arrested around 3 a.m. Friday morning after she sideswiped a police car in California. Following the mishap, cops pulled Bynes over and determined she was not fit to drive.

The 26-year old’s bail was set at $5,000, but as of 12 p.m. ET, she's still behind bars.

Update: Amanda was released from jail at 1:30 p.m. ET. She was seen hiding her face as she left the West Hollywood police station.
