Anne Hathaway has found her real-life Dark Knight Prince Charming.

The Dark Knight Rises star is engaged to her boyfriend of three years, actor/jewelry designer Adam Shulman. The news leaked after the 29-year-old actress was spotted out and about in NYC with a 6-carat, $150,000 Kwiat Heritage ring on it.

Earlier this year, Anne gushed to Marie Claire UK, "I am very much in love with him, [only] Adam totally ruined my plan. I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!"

Anne came off an unbelievably rough breakup back in 2008, when her boyfriend of four years, Raffaello Follieri, landed himself in jail for wire fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy after posing as a real estate consultant for the Vatican.

In the August 2011 issue of Harper’s Bazaar (via the Daily Mail), Anne describes her romance with Adam as "mellow," saying, "Mellow doesn’t always make for a good story, but it makes for a good life."
