Here’s a wild rumor for you, from the always compelling Kutcher/Moore clan: Ashton and Demi have yet to file for divorce — and some people think it’s because they were never legally married to begin with!

"There has been speculation for a while that Demi and Ashton were never actually legally married and that's why they haven't filed divorce papers yet," a source told RadarOnline.com. Apparently, the former couple were married in a Kabbalah ceremony — Madonna-approved, but not legally binding — and may have never actually done the legal paperwork.

Of course, there are far less weird explanations for the delay. These things take time, and Ashton and Demi were spotted sharing an emotional hug at a birthday party recently — maybe they’re just not ready to put their marriage to bed.
