What to Expect While You're Expecting star Cameron Diaz must still have babies on the brain because she rocked an adult onesie last night at the flick's UK premiere in London. But rest assured, there was nothing childlike about this look.

Cameron appeared confident and sophisticated in this head-to-toe Stella McCartney ensemble, complete with matching satin platform sandals. Showing off a toned upper body, the 39-year-old actress went necklace-free, accessorizing with a simple pair of teardrop diamond earrings from Kimberly McDonald and a tiny white clutch.

Although Cameron looked slightly dishevelled upon leaving the after party later that night, her jumpsuit was in mint condition. It takes a courageous woman to wear white to a club, and an even more coordinated one not to spill anything!
