It’s bad enough if your house gets burgled. It must be a lot more befuddling if it keeps happening.
According to TMZ, Chopped All Stars winner Penny Davidi says that’s just what’s happening to her. She’s filed suit claiming that she rented a Beverly Hills mansion under the agreement that it would be luxuriously furnished throughout - but the furnishings keep vanishing.
Davidi says it’s her landlord who keeps taking the stuff from the house. She also alleges that he refuses to let her exercise an agreed-upon option to buy the mansion.
It sounds like buying it might be a bad idea anyway. Maybe she should go house hunting in a part of Beverly Hills with a lower crime rate.
