Chris Brown's West Hollywood neighbors have reason to celebrate.
The 21-year-old singer, who was known to blast music at all hours of the night and park in handicapped spots, has officially moved out of his swanky penthouse condo to a more modest 3-bedroom home in Hollywood Hills.
According to RadarOnline, Chris purchased the 2,500 square foot mansion for $1.5 million.
"This is a much better fit for Chris," a source told Radar. "He won't have to deal with pesky nosy neighbors or parking issues."
What a relief. Now he'll finally be able to go on unintelligible Twitter rants in peace.
