While Sunday saw NBC announcing news of The Voice's return for an upcoming third season next fall, the network also released a statement that, in anticipation of their upfront presentations on Monday, they've decided to make some changes to their lower-rated primetime comedies — most notably shuffling of Whitney and Community to Friday nights from Thursdays.

But the news isn't all bad: "People usually think that Friday is a bad place to be, but we're really excited about Friday, especially with 'Grimm,' which has really taken root at 9 o'clock," explained NBC entertainment president Bob Greenblatt to TheWrap. Their strategy — that fans of the show are so passionate that they'll follow it to any night, even one like Tuesday, which has traditionally been a little-viewed evening for programming — helps to minimize their risk with Community.

Hey, if that keeps cameras at Greendale Community College, we won't argue!
