David Beckham Dishes on His Worst Outfit: What Was He Thinking?
David and Victoria Beckham have become one of the most stylish couples in the world, but even they’ve been ensemble-challenged from time to time. When H&M Life asked the soccer star about his biggest fashion fail, he recalled the time he and his wife (then fiancée) attended a party at the Versace store on Bond Street in London in 1999.
“Me and Victoria wore matching black leather outfits... They were Versace,” revealed David. “That’s one where I look back, like, ‘What were we thinking?’”
Luckily, the father of four has a sense of humor about it and can laugh at his bizarre outfits. For example, the “pair of knickerbockers with ballerina tights and slippers” he wore to a family wedding as a kid.
When it comes down to it, David explains that he wears what he likes — without worrying what others will say. We support that... especially when he thinks his underwear looks good.
