Former New Year’s Rockin’ Eve host and legendary TV personality Dick Clark passed away earlier today after having a "massive" heart attack.
Although specifics haven’t been released yet, TMZ reports that the 82-year-old entertainer and producer had undergone an outpatient procedure at St. John’s hospital in Los Angeles yesterday evening. When his heart attack occurred, he could not be resuscitated.
It’ll be strange to ring in the New Year without him. RIP, Dick.
