Did Eva Longoria Cut Off Her Hair? Star Rocks a Drastic New Look on Twitter (PHOTOS)

Following in the esteemed footsteps of Miley Cyrus and Girls star Lena Dunham, Eva Longoria appears to have opted for a short new hairdo.

But appearances can be deceiving.

The former Desperate Housewives actress, who recently stumped for Obama as one of the co-chairs of his re-election campaign, debuted a new look on Twitter today (November 13), posting a photo of herself next to celeb hairstylist Ken Paves. OMG, did she really chop it all off?!

Nope! Having punk’d her followers, Eva was quick to add, “Ok I’m kidding, its a wig!”
 
In on the joke, Ken posted a photo of the “hair-razing” aftermath, tweeting, “On set with @EvaLongoria !!!! Ooops!!!”
