Is Justin Bieber too busy to care for a hamster? It looks that way …

TMZ reports that in some grainy footage at Philips Arena on Wednesday night, Justin is seen signing autographs when it appears that he hands his hamster cage to an unsuspecting fan saying, “That’s all you.”

Justin told the fan, “You gotta take care of PAC,” to which the fan said she would. Is this the same PAC that we follow on Twitter? There’s no way Justin could’ve given his pet away, right?

We sincerely hope that we’re missing something here …
