Yesterday, Disney gave us the first look at Hollywood beauty Angelina Jolie as the evil sorceress Maleficent in the studio’s upcoming 2014 film of the same name. On-set photos are now beginning to emerge — and Angie has some pretty interesting co-stars!

Photographers spotted Angelina filming some of her first scenes for the movie in the English countryside on June 20. The mother of six was wearing those gigantic black horns we first got a glimpse of yesterday while trudging through a field full of cows.

That’s right: Cows. Interesting sort of company this lady keeps.

Disney’s Maleficent, set to hit theaters in March 2014, is a reimagining of the classic Sleeping Beauty tale — as seen through the eyes of her infamous evil foe. (And, apparently, her evil foe’s big herd of bovine besties.)
