Billy Ray Cyrus loves his 19-year-old daughter Miley Cyrus and wants more than anything for her to be happy.

Miley’s fiance Liam Hemsworth makes her happy, so the Aussie actor has Billy Ray’s achy-breaky stamp of approval. “The main thing for me is that both of them are happy," he tells ET Canada (via People). “Miley's worked really hard, and I'm enjoying right now seeing her so happy.”

He adds, “As long as [Miley's] happy right now, life is good!”

But Billy Ray also genuinely likes Liam, describing him as “a great guy.”

And great looking at that. He’s a keeper!
