Drew Barrymore and her art consultant fiancé Will Kopelman may be taking another big step forward in their relationship — and we’re not talking about their impending nuptials. TMZ’s photographers caught the couple on the way out of a Beverly Hill’s doctors office, carrying what appears to be a sonogram.

When asked if Drew is expecting, her rep had “no comment.” Since that’s not a denial, we’re definitely going on baby bump watch!

Last month, Drew admitted that she’d been dreaming up wedding plans. If she is indeed pregnant, she can also start brainstorming baby names!
