It’s good to be Modern Family. It’s not as good to be any other comedy.
The drama awards at the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards were all over the map — Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Friday Night Lights, The Good Wife — but almost anything Modern Family could get its hands on, it won — including the final award of the night, Outstanding Comedy Series.
