Back in August, Ryan Gosling made every girl’s dream come true and proved he’s that guy from The Notebook in real life. While wandering the streets of New York in a muscle tee, Ryan encountered a fist-fight in the middle of an East Village intersection. The Drive star quickly intervened and broke up the fight, most likely using that Brando-esque drawl of his. Ryan made two miracles happen that day: first, he stopped two people from hurting each other, and second, he made a muscle tee look attractive.
All-Gos Cable Channel to Melt Hearts for February
February can be a lonely time of month, what with couple-y holidays like Valentine’s Day and Groundhog Day. (Weather forecasts are meant to be shared with someone special.) Well, you don’t have to be alone anymore, girl. If you have Time Warner Cable, you can curl up with your remote and watch all the Ryan Gosling you want with its new On Demand channel dedicated solely to The Great Gos’s movies. Sa-woon.
The roster of movies includes Drive; Ides of March; Crazy, Stupid Love; Lars and the Real Girl; Fracture; Murder by Numbers; and Remember the Titans. No Notebook, though. Kidding. Of course you can watch The Notebookas many times as you want. We recommend you limit yourself to three times in one day, though. Anymore than that just isn’t healthy. Plus the movies cost $1.99 to $4.99 each, so maybe the DVD is a good investment at this point.
Sadly, there are no deep cuts like Ryan’s episode of Are you Afraid of the Dark. Oh well. That’s what You Tube is for!
