Former Lost hunk Matthew Fox can’t hide from this embarrassing (and cliched?) Hollywood headline. TMZ first reported that the actor had been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Oregon on May 4. (The actor now resides in Bend, Oregon, with his wife and two children.)

According to TMZ’s sources, Fox was on his way to hit up a fast food restaurant around the time he got arrested — which was close to 2:30 in the morning. On May 11 People confirmed that the actor had been charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license, and now E! Online reports that the former Lostie will avoid jail time by "diverting" his DUI charge into a special program that requires him to complete a yearlong treatment program.

This isn’t Matthew’s first brush with the law: Back in August 2011, he reportedly punched the female driver of a party bus in Cleveland, Ohio, after she refused to let him join the privately chartered fun. She later dropped the complaint, but it didn’t exactly help his image.
