How does Jaguar promote the 2014 F-TYPE, its first new two-seater sports car in 50 years? By releasing a short feature film called Desire starring smoldering, Emmy-winning Homeland actor Damian Lewis, of course. (See a photo of the dude and his wheels below.)

The film, also starring A Knight’s Tale’s Shannyn Sossamon and Knight and Day’s Jordi Molla with a soundtrack by Lana Del Rey, will be filmed next month in the Chilean desert before being released in early 2013. In the meantime, Jaguar will release exclusive, behind-the-scenes content to fans, to give them an insider perspective of the film’s production.

We’ll be tuning in — because if the looks of this photo are any indication, the film will be seriously sexy.
