Us Weekly reports that Brad Pitt proposed to longtime love Angelina Jolie on a recent spring day in front of their six children — Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox — presenting her with the $500,000 ring he designed with jeweler Robert Procop.

Simple and classy — that’s how you do a proposal.

"Angelina cried and smiled," spills a source for the mag, adding, "Everyone hugged once she put [the ring] on. She went around and showed it to each of the kids."

Angelina is one extremely lucky lady.
