The Osbourne family is growing!

Jack Osbourne and his fiancee, Lisa Stelly, are proud parents to a baby girl, Pearl.

HELLO broke the news, reporting that the “precious” little one entered the world at 8 lbs., 6 oz.

Jack and Lisa announced the pregnancy in October, only two weeks after spilling the beans on their engagement.

Jack’s mom, reality TV personality Sharon Osbourne, is thrilled to be a grandmum. Back in January she joked to People, “I’m going to be the grandmother from hell, because I am going to spoil this baby so bad. My son and Lisa are going to be like, ‘Get her out of here!’”
