Betcha half the space will be used for Blue Ivy's toys.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, Jay-Z, Beyoncé and 6-month-old baby Blue are heading to the Hamptons in August, renting a 31,000-square-foot home in Bridgehampton for $400,000.

The 11-acre property, reportedly known as the Sandcastle, is currently for sale for $43.5 million and includes a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, skateboard half-pipe, a rock-climbing wall, a full bar and a recording studio.

So their summer is rocking just a wee bit harder than yours. But since they have a bowling alley, maybe they should host the next Big Lebowski fan festival. Party at the Carter crib!
