Josh Hutcherson's New $2.5 Million Home: You'll Never Guess Who Used to Own It! (PHOTO)

Josh Hutcherson has quickly risen from the "wait, what's that kid's name?" in The Kids Are All Right, to the hunky, world-famous star in The Hunger Games. And guess what? He now has a $2.5 million mansion as confirmation of his new status.

And you won't believe who used to own it.

According to Pacific Coast News, the 19-year-old actor recently purchased a house in the Hollywood Hills that was formerly owned by Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams. What's more, Heath and Michelle purchased the mid-century home, known as the "Tree House" from talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres in 2005. Talk about an all-star lineup of home owners!

As if the ladies weren't already swooning for J. Hutch and Hunger Games' Peeta, the heartthrob actor now has his very own bachelor pad.

Looks like he's all grown up.
