Life is pretty good for Suri Cruise: The 6-year-old kid was photographed having a blast with her shirtless dad (not bad for 50!) at a waterpark in Orlando, Florida, on August 2, and now it appears she’s set to start first grade at a pricey private school this fall.

According to Life & Style, Katie Holmes has enrolled her and Tom Cruise’s daughter in Avenues, a $40,000-a-year private school opening this fall in the Chelsea neighborhood, where Suri and Katie now live.

A source tells L&S, "Katie has eagerly been telling Suri all about the lunch rooms, basketball courts and different activities Avenues offers. Suri's really excited about it."

E! News previously reported that Suri would attend a $38,000-a-year Catholic school, Convent of the Sacred Heart, on the Upper East Side, but is appears that’s no longer the case.

Either way, she’s sure to get a premium education!
