Ke$ha Actually Looks Good For Once — No, Really! (PHOTO)

Despite the dollar sign in her name, singer Ke$ha rarely embodies the image of class and elegance. While we enjoy karaoking to "Tik Tok" just as much as the next, we have to be honest here — girl usually looks like she went shopping in a dumpster.

But not last night!

Ke$ha surprised everyone at the BMI Pop Awards on May 15 when she stepped out on the red carpet in a simple black and silver drape dress, peep-toe pumps, and retro headband.

The 25-year-old Los Angeles native tossed her thick blond waves over one shoulder and kept her makeup to a minimum, sporting just a touch of berry-colored rouge.

If Ke$ha's only faux pas of the night was using eyeliner on her lips, color us impressed. Is this really the same girl who once sang about brushing her teeth with a bottle of Jack?
