Just last month, Ke$ha celebrated her 25th birthday by getting giant golden studs attached to her scalp. But now that the gilded bits of metal have been removed, how’s a girl supposed to keep things fresh in the hair department?

By shaving a nifty little design on her head, of course!

The gutsy “Tik Tok” singer debuted her latest hairstyle adventure by posting a photo on Twitter the evening of April 4. “Writing hits and getting a crazy haircut!!! I can multitask!!!!” she tweeted.
