So, what has Talan Torriero been up to since appearing on the first two seasons of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County?

Aside from dating Nicole Scherzinger for one year and heading up TalanT Media Group for three years, he recently got himself into a bit of a legal pickle.

RadarOnline reports that Talan was pulled over just after midnight on September 1 after making an illegal left turn. According to the Laguna Beach Police Department, the 25-year-old former reality star was then arrested and booked for DUI.

"Talan was released at 7:25 a.m. in the morning on his own recognizance,” a police spokesperson tells the site.

He’ll appear in court on October 15.
