Lindsay Lohan Turns Down Big New Year's Bucks

There is no eve a party girl loves more than New Year's Eve, but Lindsay Lohan, the ultimate social butterfly, has turned down offers to host parties on December 31 -- even though those hosting duties come with nice paychecks. A source told TMZ that a more sober Lindsay is trying to keep up the progress she's made in recent months. And though a five or six-figure paycheck is a lovely thing, Linsday fears that a big night on the town might send her reeling back into her bad old days.
