Uh-oh, Lindsay Lohan!

 

On December 12, a judge revoked Lindsay's probation following her car crash six months ago.

 

Now, a hearing date has been set for Januray 15, which could be the next step towards Linds landing in the slammer for as many as 245 days.

 

The 26-year-old actress opted not to attend today's arraignment. Instead, her lawyer appeared on her behalf to deny that Lindsay was in violation of her probation in her previous necklace-theft case.

 

"We're all hoping to get this behind us very quickly," Lindsay's lawyer said.

 

It's looking like this January could be the winter of Lindsay's discontent.
