Meryl Streep Reveals Which Co-Star She Would Kill and Which of Her Movies Stinks

Thanks to Watch What Happens Live! we now know which of Meryl Streep’s co-stars the acclaimed actress would shag, marry, and kill. Andy Cohen, you’re the best! Yes, it was host Andy who convinced the Hope Springs star to play an illuminating round of “Plead the Fifth” when she appeared on his show last night.

Though she could’ve kept mum on one of the three questions, Meryl chose to answer them all. That takes guts! Part of Andy’s challenge required Meryl to assign the words “Shag, Marry, or Kill” to Jack Nicholson, Robert Redford, and Dustin Hoffman. She followed through, in that order. (We have no idea what Dustin Hoffman ever did to her in real life, though she did divorce him in Kramer vs. Kramer.) She also graciously said she’s never surprised when she doesn’t win an Oscar, only when she does get the award. Oh, c’mon, Meryl, you know you deserve it every time. Especially for The Devil Wears Prada.

For the final question, Andy asked her to “Name one bad film that you’ve made,” Meryl responded, “Still of the Night.” Though the host wanted further details on the plot, Meryl just said, “Never mind.” In case you want to Netflix the 1982 stinker -- we haven’t seen it, but we know Meryl would not lie -- Still of the Night is about a psychiatrist (Roy Scheider) who falls for his patient, played by Meryl, who may or may not be murdering his other clients.

In another game, Meryl revealed that when she hears the name “Liam Neeson,” she thinks, “indignity.” She also opined that Alec Baldwin should be mayor, and Nicolas Cage smells of “musk.” We’ll take your word for it, Ms. Streep.
