Miley Cyrus is rocking a wild ensemble to go with her crazy-short new ’do.
The 19-year-old starlet tweeted a new photo of herself this afternoon, writing, “it was just one of those CUHHH-RAZY pant days.”
Her brightly colored, wildly patterned pants certainly are cray-cray, as is the fact that she’s wearing a bra. Naturally we know this because her shirt is barely there.
To give her look a bit of an edge, Miley threw on a pair of combat boots.
