When there’s a party in the USA, you can bet Miley Cyrus is there.

Yesterday, the singer and now fiancée of actor Liam Hemsworth tweeted a red, white and blue photo of herself going all out for America.

Miley showed us what being an American is all about with her USA headband, American flag backdrop and a tassel-covered half sequin, half denim top (a staple in every girl’s closet).

It’s stars and stripes forever for this southern girl with country roots, but who can blame her? She’s just being Miley.
