Miley Cyrus Wows at the Billboard Music Awards — But Where Are Her Pants and Bra? (PHOTO)

We get what she was going for (kind of), but we can't help but feel stunned confused by Miley Cyrus's look at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas over the weekend. Seriously though, what on Earth could have happened to the rest of her outfit?

The 19-year-old singer hit the red carpet in a white, deep v-neck blazer, a few simple necklaces, and, well, that's about it. Along with her puzzling outfit, the singer/actress showed off a full and flippy hairdo.

Is this look reminding anyone else of Celine Dion's infamous white suit from the 1999 Academy Awards? Or — sorry, Miles — the Austin Powers Fembots?
