It's time to sing for joy!

NBC is bringing back the a cappella singing competition show The Sing-Off, according to EW.

This will be the fourth season of the show, which hasn't been on the air since the fall of 2011, when it earned lackluster ratings.

“I am happily able to confirm that casting is going on," says the show's producer. "The show is back!”

Season 4 is likely to air during the holiday season, as Seasons 1 and 2 did. Nothing official has been announced as far as who will be judging or hosting the show. It had been previously hosted by Nick Lachey.

Season 3's winner was Pentatonix, who have become legendary in the viral video world. Since then, a cappella has gotten even hotter, thanks in part to the film Pitch Perfect.

We can't wait for this show to return! In the meantime, we'll be honoring the show by singing as loud as we can in the shower.
