This is not exactly girl-next-door behavior.
Holly Madison, who shot to stardom on the reality show Girls Next Door, says she'll be eating her placenta after giving birth to her baby daughter, according to her Celebuzz blog.
"This might sound gross, but I'm totally planning on having my placenta turned into pills I can take after giving birth," she writes. Yum!
The 33-year-old former Playboy model is expecting a girl with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella on March 5, and she apparently is looking forward to the benefits that the placenta provides.
"I heard it helps women recover faster, and I want to recover as quickly as I can!" she explains.
Apparently, Holly wouldn't be the first celeb to have her own placenta cooked, processed, and put into capsule-style pills, which are said to help stave off postpartum depression. Mad Men star January Jones has talked about talking her placenta in pill form as well.
