Another day, another photo controversy involving Kate Middleton.
Paparazzi used a long-range lens to snap pics of a pregnant Kate Middleton in a bikini on the beach last week, according to People.
Kate, Prince William, and Kate's family were enjoying a babymoon on the private island of Mustique when the pics were taken.
A spokesperson for the couple says that the Palace is not happy about the pics, which have been published in this week's issue of Chi, an Italian magazine. The photos are likely to surface in a U.S. tabloid this week as well.
"We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas," says a spokesman for the royals. "This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy."
The photos are said to show Kate and William walking arm-in-arm along the water in their swimsuits.
Chi magazine is no stranger to controversy, as it's the same mag that published nude pics of Kate last year.
We wish they could let Kate enjoy her vacation in peace.
