Prince Harry Was the Target In the Taliban's Fatal Attack

The Taliban has admitted that Prince Harry was the reason for an attack on a British base in Afghanistan last night.

Prince Harry was stationed on the base but was a full mile away from the attack in which two U.S. Marines were killed and several other troops were wounded.

"We attacked that base because Prince Harry was also on it, and so they can know our anger," said Taliban spokesman Qari Youssef Ahmadi. The main motive for the attack was said to be an anti-Islamic film, but Harry's presence was the reason why that particular base was chosen.

Harry was unharmed in the attack. Today also happens to be the prince's 28th birthday.
