As People reports, The 39-year-old stepped out in West Hollywood this past weekend with shockingly blond hair... and we’re not hating it!
Rose has an impressive four movies in the pipeline: The Tell-Tale Heart, The Last Duane, Everlasting, and the Bell Jar.
