Ryan Gosling Straddles a Motorcycle on His Way to Martial Arts Class (PHOTO)

May we suggest a new Ryan Gosling Internet meme: Ryan Gosling Riding Things.

Yesterday, the 31-year-old actor was spotted in Los Angeles swinging by a martial arts class atop his trusty motorcycle. Unfortunately, his beautiful face was hidden by massive helmet, but on the upside, safety first!

Add that to breaking up street fights and saving women from oncoming traffic, and we're pretty much convinced that he's a full-on superhero.

Last year, Ryan revealed to Jay Leno that his love affair with motorcycles began at the tender age of 8. Ironically enough, it was his witnessing a near-fatal accident that had him instantly hooked.

"He flew off the bike, and his helmet flew off. He had this long blonde hair, and all this blood started pouring out from behind his head. I looked down and he looked up at me," the Drive star recalled.

"And the first thing I thought was, 'I gotta get a motorcycle.'"

Like we said: superhero.
