Life hasn't always been as easy as sliding down a mountain for Lindsey Vonn.
The Olympic gold medal-winning skier tells People that she has suffered from depression for many years and is currently on antidepressants.
"Everything about my life seemed so perfect to people. But I struggle like everyone else," she admits.
In 2008, she was at her lowest, and says about that time: "I couldn't get out of bed anymore. I felt hopeless, empty, like a zombie."
But now she's in better spirits as she prepares for next year's Olympic winter games. Lindsay and her husband, Thomas, split up last year.
"All the parts of my life are finally in sync," she says now. "I accept who I am, and I'm moving forward."
That's great to hear, Linds!
