Survivor "Villain" Russell Hantz Wants to do Celebrity Apprentice, Vows to Not "Sit There Like a Little Brat"
You don't see many blindsides in the Celebrity Apprentice boardroom, but if anyone can figure out how to do it, it's Russell Hantz.
Russell changed the game of Survivor with his extreme cutthroat playing on Survivor: Samoa (where he was robbed as the runner-up), Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains (where he placed third) and — briefly — Survivor: Redemption Island (Boston Rob kicked his butt!).
Russell now has a new show with his family on A&E called Flipped Off, but he's not done with reality TV.
"I want to do Celebrity Apprentice," Russell told Life & Style at the A&E upfronts in NYC on Wednesday. "I definitely want to work with the Donald."
Not only does Russell insist Donald Trump would be intimidated by him instead of the other way around, it sounds like he wants to stir up drama like other classic Celebrity Apprentice "villains." (Lisa Lampanelli, that was you this season.)
"My plea is that I'm not going to sit there like a little brat like they all do and suck it up," Russell said. "I'm gonna tell them how I feel when I do something and I'm gonna tell them to their face why I did it."
Love him or hate him, Russell tends to give good TV. Hire him, Mr. Trump!
