When most people think of Tara Reid, images of botched plastic surgery and red carpet nip slips come to mind — or, if you have a penchant for trashy TV (and, let's be honest, who doesn't?), you think of the short-lived, reality booze-fest known as Taradise.

But, these days, the 36-year-old former party girl is making headlines for a very different reason — she looks better than she has in years!

Tara turned heads when she stepped out at the American Reunion premiere in Melbourne, Australia on Wednesday night (March 7, 2012) in a stunning silver dress that showed off her svelte physique and radiant skin. And she managed to go the whole night without a single wardrobe malfunction.

“Whatever Tara has done, she should keep doing it,” celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told Radar Online, adding that he suspects she may have had filler injected in her cheeks and a Vi Peel to remove sun spots.

"She appears to have aged in reverse,” he added.

Judging from this picture taken in 2004, Dr. Youn might be right.
